headlinemoney's Privacy Policy ( the "Policy") has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with you, our clients. The Policy guides how we collect, store and use information about you and will be periodically assessed against new technologies, business practices and your changing needs.

The Policy recognises two kinds of data that deserve varying levels of protection. Personal and Company Information includes, for example, users names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and company billing information. A subset of that category, Usage Data, deserves additional safeguards. Usage Data includes data that tracks user activity on our Website and online database services, e.g. where you go and the documents you access.


headlinemoney will always comply with UK data protection legislation and is committed to using all reasonable efforts to abide by the following principles:


  • Personal and Company. Information will only be collected to the extent that headlinemoney deems reasonably necessary to serve a legitimate business purpose. We do not give out this information to third parties outside the Centaur group of companies and IP Publishing. You will be notified at the point where such Personal and Company Information is collected.


  • Journalist Who's Who. headlinemoney will automatically include details of journalist users' name, job title, publication, email, address and telephone number in the site's Journalist Who's Who database. The Journalist Who's Who database is only accessible to journalist users of headlinemoney and our regulated user base of PR professionals. On request to news@headlinemoney.co.uk this information can be amended or withdrawn by the user at any point.


  • Usage Data. The collection and use of Usage Data carries with it special obligations and responsibilities in order to maintain the data's security, integrity and privacy. Usage Data will not be rented or otherwise made available for third parties outside headlinemoney.

    If it is necessary for headlinemoney to record the documents accessed by its’ Users for billing purposes, we do not sort, analyse or process this information in any way to gain information on your commercial business.

headlinemoney also collects other information for internal purposes. For example we keep records of all communications concerning any issues or comments that you might have had in using headlinemoney services so we can audit and ensure that the service you receive is within our service level commitments.

headlinemoney will regularly update you with details of services that we provide which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such updates you may indicate this in the user preferences section of the website.
